Everypad is software that opens Uniswap V3 pools. It holds no funds, takes no fee, and has no ability to reverse anything it does.

A pair token is not the thing in the picture

This is the most important line on the page. A pair token is a memecoin named after an image somebody uploaded. It is not ownership of that image, not a licence to it, not a copyright interest, not equity, not a share of anything, and not a claim against any person or company.

Whoever created the image is not involved with Everypad, receives nothing from it, and in most cases will never know a token exists. Buying a pair token gives you no rights over anyone's work. Do not represent it as anything else.

What you upload

You are responsible for every image you upload. By uploading you confirm you have the right to do so. Do not upload material that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, content that identifies or targets a private individual, or anything you do not have permission to publish.

We can remove an image from this site. We cannot remove a token. If we take an image down, the pair token, its pool and its frozen on-chain metadata URL all continue to exist and remain tradeable by anyone who has the address. There is no admin key that could change that, ours included. Please read that sentence twice before uploading something you might want undone.

Takedowns

If you own the rights to an image hosted here, or an image identifies you and you want it gone, contact us and we will remove the hosted copy and hide the pair from this site. That is the full extent of what is technically possible, and we will say so plainly rather than imply more.

What the contracts do

Liquidity is placed into the pool permanently and no contract exposes a path to withdraw it — not for a launcher, not for us. A pair token's name, ticker and metadata URL are written on-chain once and can never be changed. One token per image is enforced by the registry and a second attempt reverts. There are no admin keys after deployment.

Each coin pool charges a 1% swap fee. All of it is claimable by whoever launched that coin; pair-pool fees are locked and earned by nobody. Everypad takes zero, always.

Your responsibility

You choose your coin's name, its ticker, its logo and the image you pair it with, and you are responsible for all of them. Everypad does not review launches before they happen and cannot undo them afterwards.

No warranty

This software is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. The contracts have not been audited. You may lose everything you put in. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell a security.

Not affiliated

Everypad is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood, Uniswap, or the creator or subject of any image shown here.
